The beginning
Brothers Phil and Stan Swindells start a building and demolition outfit from the family farm in Bosley.
Macclesfield
An acre of land in Macclesfield becomes home base, and the company becomes a limited company.
Neil Trueman joins
Neil Trueman joins as Director, bringing fresh perspectives.
Crush & screen
A crusher and screener arrive — Cheshire Demolition becomes a supplier of recycled aggregates.
Skips & transfer station
Skip hire launches and a waste transfer station is built to cut landfill dependence.
Picking station
A waste picking station is installed for rapid, efficient manual sorting.
Reclamation yard
An adjacent reclamation yard is acquired — the site grows to over 4 acres.
CDE Motors
CDE Motors is formed to maintain the fleet — and opens its workshop to everyone.

Stan welcomes his son Matthew and Alex Lowe as Directors.
