Demolition
What types of structures do you demolish?
Our expertise covers residential, commercial, and industrial structures — from houses and warehouses to office buildings and factories.
Can you help with permits for demolition?
Yes. We have experience in the permitting process and can assist you in obtaining the required permits.
How do I get a demolition estimate?
Contact our office and we will arrange a site visit to assess the scope of the project. We will then provide a detailed and transparent estimate. You can also get an instant guide price with our online quote builder.
Do I need permission to demolish?
Notice is not needed for a shed, greenhouse, conservatory, prefabricated garage, or any building under 1,750 cubic feet. A demolition notice is required for all other demolition and is granted via Building Control.
Can you handle asbestos as part of a demolition?
Absolutely. Our operatives are trained to remove unlicensed asbestos. Licensed removal requires notifying the HSE and is carried out by a specialist company, which we can arrange.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and carry comprehensive liability insurance.
Skip & grab hire
What skip sizes do you have?
Mini (approx. 15 bags), Midi (35 bags), Maxi (70 bags), 14-yard (200 bags), plus low- and high-sided roll-on roll-offs for commercial work.
Can you help with skip permits?
Yes. If your skip needs to go on the road, we can guide you through — or apply for — the council permit.
Is there a maximum hire period?
Our prices include a month’s hire. Flexible periods are available for longer projects.
What can’t go in a skip?
Gas cylinders, liquids, solvents, lithium batteries, clinical waste and other hazardous items. Plasterboard, asbestos and car batteries need special arrangement; fridges, mattresses, tyres and upholstered furniture carry extra charges.
What can a grab take?
Clean spoil, hardcore or green waste. Mixed material must go in a skip.
Recycling & yard
Do I need to book to bring recycling?
No — just arrive on site and head to the front desk. A member of staff will help you.
What are your opening hours?
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday.
Do you deliver?
Yes, locally — including Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Cheadle, Stockport, Sandbach and Holmes Chapel. Larger loads go by tipper anywhere we cover.
Do you buy reclaimed materials?
Yes. If you have materials or garden items to sell, get in touch. If it’s something we’re interested in, we’ll offer you a price.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have a free customer car park.
Do you only sell reclaimed materials?
No — we stock new materials and aggregates as well as recycled and reclaimed.
