Can it go
in a skip?
Type what you’re throwing out. We’ll tell you if it goes in a skip, needs special arrangement, carries a charge, or can’t be accepted.

You don’t need to book. Just arrive on site, head to the front desk, and a member of staff will help you.
01Tipping facility
Where recyclable materials are deposited, unloaded and sorted — the hub of the recycling process.
02Picking station
Installed in 2013 for rapid, efficient manual sorting of mixed loads into clean waste streams.
03Waste transfer station
Waste is compacted and loaded for onward transport, or sorted for recycling and further processing.
