When you don’t need to give notice
Notice does not need to be submitted for a shed, greenhouse, conservatory, prefabricated garage, or any building with a cubic content of less than 1,750 cubic feet.

A demolition notice is required for all other demolition projects and is granted via Building Control. We can help you through the process.
Asbestos comes first
Before any demolition there is a legal requirement to survey the structure for asbestos. A refurbishment/demolition survey decides whether removal must be licensed or unlicensed.
